Do I need to create an account?
No, you do not need to create an account before making a purchase. You have the option to complete your purchase as a guest. Creating an account with Covet Shop gives you access to convenient site features. What if I forget my password?

Most items will include an authenticity guarantee from the manufacturer including authenticity card and/or interior authenticity code; however, Covet Shop's team of authentication experts inspects each item closely for workmanship, material quality, hardware, logos and stitching to make sure they are genuine. Are the product images seen on covetshop.com the same product I will receive?
Yes, all photos are of the original and actual product. We do not alter, photoshop or retouch any of the single product images. What you see is what you get.

Is this site secure?
We work to protect the security of your information during order transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the order information you transmit. We transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing but we reveal only the last five digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Additionally, we do not disclose your information to any third parties.

How do I shop at Covet Shop?
Browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase. Select the item and click “Add to Covet Bag”. Continue shopping to add more items to your Covet Bag. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase, you can begin the checkout process.
The checkout process involves five steps: shipping and billing information, shipping options, payment, order review and confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. If the item you want is purchased before you start the checkout process, a notice will pop up during checkout and the item will be removed from your cart.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. Once your item has shipped, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email. This email will include the order and tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting “Order Tracking” on the home page. Enter the order or tracking number in the appropriate field to see the status of your order. If you have an account, sign in and click “Order Status”.

How can I modify my order?
Changes can only be made if your request is received before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. Please send changes to service@covetshop.com or call us at 1-212-228-0648.

How do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in New York State. You’ll see the appropriate tax charges on the "Payment" page during checkout.

How come I see an item on your site one day and not the next?
Most of the items we carry at Covet Shop are one-of-a-kind. In an effort to serve you better, you may want to place your order as soon as you see the item you want. Our inventory changes daily so check back frequently and make sure you sign up to receive our email updates!

What is your shipping policy?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. All international orders are shipped vis UPS International or USPS International. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed the next business day.
To determine shipping rates, enter the shipping address and select your preferred shipping method at checkout. You may select to upgrade to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide via UPS International or USPS International. For all orders outside of United States and Canada, please send an email to service@covetshop.com or call us at 1-212-228-0648 to place your order. We will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
If you refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package as well as the return shipping. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns:
Covet Shop accepts returns for merchandise credit only. Please notify us by email or phone of any returns within 24 hours of receipt. Covet Shop must receive the return merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be UNWORN and RETURNED IN EXACT CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT IN. ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS AND TAGS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ITEM. Tags must not be broken or tampered with or we will not be able to accept your return. Handbag returns must include original dust bag and authenticity card. Footwear, jewelry and accessory returns must include original dust bag and box (without postal labels). Returns will not be honored if dust bag or box is damaged or omitted. Please complete the return portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Once we receive your return, we will issue merchandise credits accordingly.
All items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable and non-refundable.
Items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and are not returnable and non-refundable.
Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
Covet Shop has the right to refuse any returns if we do not receive the return notification within 24 hours of receipt.
Exchanges:
If there’s a specific item you want to make an exchange for, we suggest you return the item you don’t want and make a new purchase for the item you want. Items are limited and if you wait until we receive your return, the item you want to exchange it for may not be available.
