We all know that celebrities don’t make all their millions from their primal talents. They use their fame to diversify their revenue stream by building a brand. From appearances and endorsements to fragrances and even their own clothing lines. Now, what does a celebrity who sings or acts know about designing and constructing a garment? They don’t and who cares, we buy it for the name anyways.

There are the few celebrity lines that succeed but most often they fail. Let’s face it, we can’t all be good at everything we do. The ones that have bombed miserably include Mandy Moore’s Mblem, Jennifer Lopez’s Sweetface and Jovovich Hawk by Milla Jovovich. I actually really liked Jovovich Hawk and I think they had a pretty good run until 2008.
